Changeover Made ESEE
Length: 2 days, 1 day classroom, 1 day application
Who should attend: Mechanics, technicians, operators, supervisors, engineers, managers and
others directly involved in changeover
Objective: Attendees will learn
a structured method for identifying and implementing changeover improvements. In the 2nd day attendees will evaluate a changeover
and develop and action plan for improvement.
Strategic
changeover
Length: 4 hours
Who
should attend: President, vice presidents, directors, department heads and other senior managers from all disciplines
including manufacturing, materials, marketing, quality, validation, human resources, finance and others.
Objective: Attendees will learn the strategic impact of changeover on a company’s ability
to satisfy an ever more fragmented and time conscious marketplace.
Effective troubleshooting
Length: 8 hours
Who should attend: Mechanics, technicians, supervisors, engineers and others who maintain
and repair plant and production equipment
Objective: Attendees will learn
1) a structured technique for diagnosing machinery and process related problems 2) A structured method for developing and
implementing corrections to the diagnosed problems.
Understanding
vibratory bowl feeders
Length: 8 hours (4 hours classroom, 4 hours
application)
Who should attend: Mechanics, operators, engineers, supervisors,
machinery/process designers.
Objective: Attendees will learn the construction
of vibratory bowl feeders and associated equipment, theory of operation, controls, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
The application session will especially emphasize tuning.
