What it is:

In many instances when a machine or system fails it takes more time to find the fault than it does to correct it. A common, but ineffective, technique is to replace components until the problem goes away. This is time consuming, wasteful and often does not fix the real problem.

Troubleshooting, or the proper diagnoses of machine and system faults, is a critical skill for all mechanics, electricians and other technicians. This workshop is designed to provide a 5 step, methodology to analyze system faults, determine the root cause behind them and develop and implement a proper, lasting repair.Specialized troubleshooting tools are also covered.
